Refund Policy

Overview

If an event is postponed and rescheduled to another date, customers will be given the option of using their allocated tickets for new date, receive a voucher to the value of amount paid to be used at any Showtours event or receive a full refund. If an event is cancelled for whatever reason, customers will receive a full refund.
