Purchasing Ticket Over The Phone (Payment Using Card):
After Customer orders over the phone, they will receive confirmation within 48 hours by hard copy receipt which gives all contact details of customer, event, what package deal includes, amount paid, balance due if applicable, and date on or before balance has to be paid.
